  • A: 1. Discuss the dispute with a certified mediator to ensure mediation is applicable.

    2. Get all parties in the dispute to agree to mediation as the process for a resolution.

    3. Provide all relevant facts and supporting documents to the mediator.

    4. Meeting with the mediator for all parties to present their side of the argument. The mediator will then work with everyone involved to guide the parties and negotiate a resolution that is fair and equitable to all parties.

    5. Assist the parties to come to a final agreement on a resolution with guidance from the certified mediator.

    6. Document the mediated agreement for the parties to review and execute.
